Oracle - new self-service portal

We are replacing SAP, GROW and Talentlink with a new system called Oracle.

The new system will change the way we all submit expenses, record absence and book training, as well as carry out more specialist tasks like procuring goods, processing payroll and managing staff and budgets. There will be a range of new procedures to reduce off-system work and improve consistency and insight across the organisation.

If you are looking to access this from your own (non Wiltshire Council device) or are using your personal email address to log in you will need to use CitizenID and there is a guide and video below to help with this. All users will need to use multi-factor authentication as part of the log in and the guide will walk you through this process.
